Purpose & Scope

The project involves upgrading the current MNS by replacing existing REACT 4000 components with the REACT 5000 platform, migrating control software to Windows 11, and enhancing control capabilities with new Intelligent Control Gateway (ICG) boards. The objective is to ensure the system remains functional, supported, and secure.
The scope of work includes:
- Engineering, furnishing, installing, integrating, and testing a complete MNS upgrade.
- Replacing REACT 4000 Communication Control Units (CCUs) with REACT 5000 CCUs.
- Installing ICG boards and configuring Mass Alert Software for Windows 11.

- Performing system startup, inspection, testing, and validation.
