Purpose & Scope

This solicitation seeks to replace key components to align with current technology standards and maintain essential alert and notification capabilities. The scope includes engineering, furnishing, installing, integrating, and testing a complete MNS upgrade.

Key Requirements / Deliverables

The contractor shall:

  • Replace existing REACT 4000 Communication Control Units (CCUs) with new REACT 5000 CCUs.
  • Install new Intelligent Control Gateway (ICG) boards.
  • Install and configure Mass Alert Software for Windows 11.
  • Provide new computer stations for system operation.
  • Integrate and test system software, including integration with the existing At-Hoc system.
  • Perform system startup, inspection, testing, and validation.
  • Provide on-site operator and maintenance training.
  • Provide comprehensive user and hardware documentation.
  • Conduct a Final System Acceptance Test (FSAT) to ensure full functionality.
  • All work must be completed within six (6) months after contract award.
