Scope of Work
The requirement involves non-personal support services for various MHE types, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers. The attached documents provide a sample equipment list and specific quantities at each location.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Scheduled quarterly services to ensure equipment functionality, following a PM checklist. The contract is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for PM.
- Unscheduled Maintenance (UM): On-demand repairs for equipment needed outside scheduled PM intervals. UM repair calls require a service estimate to the COR within 16 hours and completion within 7 working days of approval. The contract is anticipated to be Time and Material (T&M) for UM.
- Parts: OEM-specified or equivalent new parts must be used; fuel is excluded.
- Personnel: Contractor personnel must be certified by Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and possess relevant experience.
- Compliance: Adherence to OSHA, DOD, DeCA, and installation safety regulations, as well as environmental laws.

Required Submissions
Interested vendors are encouraged to submit a capability package that includes:
