Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personal MHE and transportation assets, including operators, to support deployment, redeployment, exercises, equipment turn-in, and movement efforts for III Corps and tenant units. Services include secure ground transportation of containerized and non-containerized cargo (up to 300 tons) and recovery of disabled equipment. Required equipment includes 15K, 30K, and 36K forklifts (with weight scales), container handling equipment (RTCH equivalent), 115-ton and 300-ton cranes, heavy equipment transportation systems (HETS equivalent), and various flatbed trucks. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, equipment, supplies, maintenance, and fuel.
