  • Corrective Maintenance (CM): Assessment, inspection, and troubleshooting of deficiencies within five business days. Written estimates for repairs (parts, labor, shipping) are required, using OEM-recommended parts. Repairs must be completed within five business days of parts receipt.

  • Evaluation Factors: Award will be based on a Trade-Off Process, considering Past Performance and Price. Past Performance will be significantly more important than Price. The Government intends to award without discussions, so initial offers should contain the best terms.
  • Site Visits: Site visits are not supported prior to the response deadline.

  • Quotes must be valid for 90 calendar days.
  • Contractor personnel must be qualified, including Certified Forklift Technicians (CFTs).
