Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide the equipment, labor, and supervision for a Material Transfer Vehicle (MTV). The MTV must be rear-loadable from a dump truck and compatible with a Cat AP900 Asphalt Paver. It will be used to reheat approximately 8,100 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) to a minimum of 280 degrees Fahrenheit during paving operations on Taxiway Hotel, designed for Type A traffic.
Key requirements include:
- Rental Period: One (1) month (approximately 30 days), with equipment requested between September 26 and October.
- Compatibility: Rear-loadable from a dump truck, compatible with a Cat AP900 Asphalt Paver.
- Logistics: Contractor responsible for haul assets, proper loading/unloading equipment.
