Scope of Work
The selected contractor will perform materials compatibility laboratory test and evaluation services, providing related technical expertise. This includes:
- Compatibility screening of various materials such as metallic and non-metallic components, aircraft paint systems, fuel tank sealants, elastomers, hoses, fuel bladder construction, filter elements, coalescer elements, housings, fuel tank coatings, and vendor-supplied materials.
- Fuel testing using specialized rigs including Cold Flow, Storage Stability, Cold Storage Freezer, Dynamic Diaphragm, and Sump Drain Valve.
- Providing quality technical, engineering, analytical, planning, and administrative support to the Alternative Fuels program mission.
- Furnishing necessary personnel, supplies, equipment, materials, data, and facilities.
- Supporting EAGLE and PAFI meetings and conferences.
- Adhering to strict intellectual property requirements and executing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

- Contract Type: Hybrid (Firm Fixed Price for non-severable services and Labor Hours for severable services).
- Period of Performance: 36 months, anticipated from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028.
