Scope of Work
The Naval Research Laboratory seeks a contractor to provide services including:

- Manufacturing of 24 ASTM E647 Compact Tension (CT) specimens from provided metal blanks (4" x 3.85" x 1").
- Adherence to detailed specifications for machining, including precise dimensions, tolerances (e.g., +/-0.004 TIR, +/-0.005 for hole diameter), and surface finish (32 or better).
- Proper handling, marking, and packaging of each machined sample, ensuring notch orientation and sample names are retained.
- Delivery of all samples to NRL by April 14, 2026.
