Submission & Evaluation

The evaluation will follow a Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Technical proposals will be assessed on a Technically Acceptable/Unacceptable basis, and past performance will be evaluated as Acceptable/Unacceptable. Offerors must complete Attachment L.1 for relevant experience and ensure past customers complete and submit Attachment L.2 (Past Performance Questionnaire) by the deadline.
