Scope of Work
The contractor will provide on-demand, one-on-one mathematics tutoring services via an online web-based format. Support must be available Monday through Friday, 0700-1530 Central Time, excluding Federal Holidays. The vendor must record and archive all sessions for two years and support a maximum of 20 simultaneous FAA users.

Submission & Evaluation
Offers must be submitted electronically via email to Timothy.G.Thannisch@faa.gov. The proposal submission deadline is May 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Proposals must remain binding for 180 calendar days. Evaluation will follow a Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Technical proposals will be assessed on a Technically Acceptable/Unacceptable basis, and past performance will be evaluated as Acceptable/Unacceptable. Offerors must complete Attachment L.1 for relevant experience and ensure past performance questionnaires (Attachment L.2) are submitted by the deadline.
