Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. Technical acceptability requires providing evidence of being an Authorized MATLAB reseller with the quotation; failure to do so will result in technical unacceptability. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct them.
