Evaluation
Award will be made based on a comparative evaluation of quotations, considering both price and other non-price factors, in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). The government will first eliminate unacceptable quotations, then arrange remaining quotations from lowest to highest price. If more than two quotes are received, at least the two lowest-priced quotes will undergo a comparative assessment. The award will go to the offeror whose quote is determined to have both a fair and reasonable price and be the most advantageous to the Government.

Offerors must submit proposals in accordance with FAR Part 12 and the instructions provided in the attached SF1449.
