Scope of Work
The requirement is for the lease of 15 Flight Line Utility Vehicles (FLUVs) for 65 days of use, twice annually (fall and spring WTI Courses). Key vehicle specifications include seating for four, a minimum 12 cubic foot cargo bed with 800 lb capacity, specific dimension and speed (max 20 MPH) requirements, LED headlights/brake lights, an automatic parking brake, and a foldable windshield. The contractor is responsible for all maintenance (preventative and corrective), including parts, labor, and tools. Services also include delivery and pick-up with drivers, pre-delivery inspections, and 24/7 recovery/replacement for disabled vehicles.
Performance Standards
Vehicles must be safe, fully operational, and fueled upon delivery, free of excessive soil, rust, or damage (normal wear and tear accepted). Tires must meet OEM standards (minimum 50% tread depth). Repairs for equipment failure must be initiated within 24 hours, with non-operational equipment replaced within two days at no additional cost. Maintenance and repair services should minimize equipment downtime.

Special Requirements
Vehicles must be suitable for heavy, industrial use and restricted to paved surfaces where possible. The contractor must provide an emergency contact sheet in each vehicle. Government operators will perform daily operator maintenance inspections, and the Government will wash equipment prior to contractor pickup. The Government will not make alterations or improvements to the equipment.
