  • Providing drivers for delivery and pick-up, and offloading/onloading FLUVs.
  • Responding to equipment failures within 24 hours and arranging repairs within one day.
  • Providing replacement equipment at no additional cost if non-operational for more than two days.
  • Recovering disabled vehicles 24/7 and performing onsite repairs during normal business hours.
  • Maintaining a parts inventory and adhering to DFARS 252.217-7028 for "Over and Above" repairs.
  • Maintaining required liability insurance.
