This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, specifically "Maxchanger Heat Exchanger," prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. • Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP)

• Shipping: FOB Destination only (Tinker AFB, OK 73145). Shipping charges must be included in the quoted price.

• Payment Terms: Net 30 by default. Early payment discounts may be offered but will not be considered in quote evaluation.

• Submission Deadline: 9 June 2026, 12:00 PM (Noon) Central Daylight Time.

• Submission Method: Quotes must be submitted via email to Bridgette Miles (Cc Jennifer Azbill).

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on one factor: the lowest total price.

• Registration: All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to quoting. Failure to maintain active SAM registration by the time of award will result in ineligibility.

• Required Forms: All price quotations must be submitted on the provided Quote Sheet and filled out completely. Offerors may also provide their company's quotation sheet.

• This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
