MAZAK REPLACEMENT PARTS AND REPAIR SERVICES

Sources Sought Notice

This notice is issued by the Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) to determine industry interest and capability in providing Mazak Corporation Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) proprietary replacement parts and on-call, as-needed remedial repair services for Mazak Corporation Milling and Turning Machinery. These services are to be performed by OEM-trained service technicians.

The USG has a requirement for these parts and services for one base year and two option years.

ACC-RI invites interested companies to respond to a questionnaire to assess their ability to meet this requirement. The questionnaire covers:

• Administrative Information (company details, CAGE, DUNS, business size, location, etc.)

• Person Responding to Questionnaire (contact details)

• Capabilities (ability to provide parts and labor, and previous experience)

• Responses must be received no later than 10:00 am CT on Friday, January 29, 2016.

• Responses should be sent via email to the Contract Specialist, Lynn Baker (lynn.d.baker8.civ@army.mil).

• This is a Sources Sought Notice, not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation.

• No contract will be awarded from this announcement.

• Responses are voluntary, and no compensation will be provided.

• Data submitted may be used for program planning purposes.

• Proprietary information must be clearly marked and accompanied by explanatory text.
