Scope of Work

• New Boiler Installation: Install a new boiler of equivalent heating capacity, meeting current LEED efficiencies and standards, utilizing the existing exhaust vent system.
• System Integration: Complete all necessary venting, water piping, gas piping, and condensate drain connections. Integrate the new boiler into the existing Metasys Building Automation System, requiring subcontracting to Johnson Controls or an authorized representative for integration, programming, and commissioning.
• Constraints: The new unit must fit within existing service space and not exceed capacities of existing gas piping, exhaust ventilation, combustion air, and hydronic piping.
• Testing: Perform all required testing, balancing, start-up, and commissioning in the presence of a Government engineer.
