Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all management, labor, materials, and equipment for the complete replacement of the existing Patterson Kelly MACH C-450 boiler. Key tasks include:
- Removal and legal disposal of the old boiler.
- Installation of a new boiler of equivalent heating capacity, meeting current LEED efficiency standards.
- Connection to existing exhaust, combustion air, water, gas, and condensate drain systems.
- Integration of the new boiler into the Johnson Controls Metasys Building Automation System by certified JCBS technicians.
- Third-party Testing and Balancing (TAB) of the hot water system.
- Compliance with NFPA 70 (2026), IMC (2024), IPC (2024), and IFGC (2024).
- Ensuring the new boiler fits within existing service space and utility capacities.
