  • Installation of a new boiler of equivalent heating capacity, meeting current LEED efficiency standards.
  • Connection to existing exhaust, combustion air, water, gas, and condensate drain systems.
  • Integration of the new boiler into the Johnson Controls Metasys Building Automation System by certified JCBS technicians.
  • Third-party Testing and Balancing (TAB) of the hot water system.
