Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit proposals via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) are mandatory: four (4) of each item type from each sewing place of performance must be submitted to the address on page 3 of the solicitation by the due date. Failure to submit acceptable PDMs may result in rejection. A current NIST SP 800-171 assessment (not older than 3 years) is required for award consideration. Evaluation will be based on proposed unit prices multiplied by the quantity (14,400 PR) for each item. Compliance with DLA Troop Support Clothing & Textiles Additional Quality Assurance Requirements (AQAR) is essential. Digital patterns will be provided via DoD SAFE, requiring Gerber Accumark software (v9+).
