The event will illustrate current and future operating environments, priority technical challenges, and the vision of the Assistant Secretary of War for Mission Capabilities (ASW(MC)). It offers networking opportunities and a chance for industry partners to engage with Government subject matter experts and leadership.

Registration & Clearance
Advanced registration is mandatory. All registrants must submit their clearance via a Visitor Access Request (VAR).

- Foreign Partner Clearance Deadline: April 28, 2026
- Registration Fee: $30 per person (covers breakfast, lunch, and coffee).
- Clearance Instructions: DoD visitors use DISS (SMO code 88898-JOHNS HOPKINS UNIVERSITY APL-1). Industry and non-DoD visitors must submit a typed Visit Authorization Letter on company letterhead via fax (443-778-6400), secure Dropbox, or password-protected email (invis-office@aplmsg.jhuapl.edu).

- 1:1 Notification: Selected companies will be notified by May 20, 2026.
