The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a follow-on requirement for Professional Support Services in support of the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned (MCCLL). The current services are being obtained via contract M00264-21-C-0005. The follow-on contract will be solicited as a 100% 8(a) small business set aside via the System for Award Management (SAM.GOV). The Government contemplated issuing a definitive “C” type hybrid contract consisting of Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract Line Items for services and Cost Reimbursement for travel and Other Direct Cost. The contract will have a period of performance consisting of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods under FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Terms of the Contract. The contract will also include FAR 52.217-8 to extend services up to 6 months. There will be optional requirements included in the requirement, which will be done under FAR 52.217-7 Option for Increased Quantity-Separately Priced.
