Intent: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is seeking a Contractor to provide routine and nonroutine maintenance to elevators at McNary Lock and Dam in accordance with the PWS, manufacturer’s instructions, ASME A17.1, ASME A17.2, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Period of Performance:
Base year: 1 February 2026 – 31 January 2027
Option Year One: 1 February 2027 – 31 January 2028
Option Year Two: 1 February 2028 – 31 January 2029
Basis for Award: The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.106 to the responsive and responsible offeror meeting or exceeding all solicitation requirements and representing the best value based on the evaluation factors specified in 52.212-2 of this solicitation.
