Scope of Work
The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance and diagnostic services on all range clearance vessels, motors, and trailers belonging to the MCRDPI Weapons and Field Training Battalion (WFTBN). Services must be performed by qualified mechanics to meet OEM specifications.
The vendor is required to provide all necessary tools and parts, including oil, lubricants, gaskets, filters, hoses, miscellaneous hardware, and fittings, for routine scheduled maintenance. All parts must meet or exceed OEM specifications, and hardware/fasteners must be marine-grade anti-seize that meets OEM requirements.
Equipment to be maintained includes:
- (2) Patrol Boats, 20' Metal Shark, Relentless (each with 1 Suzuki DF200AP)
- (2) Patrol Boats, 22' SeaArk, Roustabout (each with 2 Mercury 115XCT)
- (2) EZ Loader Trailers
- (2) Charleston Trailer Company Trailers
