Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit proposals electronically via email to the Contract Specialist. Submissions should include a completed SF1449, a quote on company letterhead, a specification sheet, proposed delivery date, and acknowledgment of any amendments. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies. Offerors must also include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and ensure all representations and certifications are current in SAM.gov.
