• Minimum of three (3) on-site service visits per year by factory-trained technicians.

• Coverage of 100% of all parts, labor, travel, and associated expenses.

• Detailed inspection reports and updated technical literature.

• Tasks include conducting 12-point inspections, addressing warranty issues, performing minor repairs, and replacing minor parts.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP)

• Period of Performance: Multiple line items with periods of performance ranging from September 10, 2026, to September 9, 2031.

• The contract will include one (1) twelve-month base period and four (4) twelve-month option periods.

• All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in the attached SF1449.

• Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.

• Period of Performance: One (1) twelve-month base period and four (4) twelve-month option periods.
