Sources Sought Notice / Request for Information (RFI)

This RFI seeks market research information from sources capable of manufacturing and installing window screens and screen frames for Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) buildings at Hospital Point, Quantico, VA. The goal is to assess industry capabilities for replacing existing window screens and frames.

• Replacement of approximately 1123 window screens and frames.

• Screens and frames must be durable, resistant to wear, corrosion, and environmental damage.

• Products should allow sufficient airflow and ventilation while blocking insects.

• Screens must provide clear visibility and light transmission, with options for reduced glare.

• Consideration for security and strength, potentially requiring reinforced mesh or specialty coatings.

• Products must be weather-resistant and easy to maintain.

• Compliance with industry standards and applicable building codes is required.

• The expected Period of Performance is One (1) Year.

• This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research only and does not constitute a commitment to contract.

• Responses are due by 22 January 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET).

• The RFI number (M67854-26-I-0501) must be included in the email subject line.

• Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.

• Information requested includes organization details, CAGE code, UEI, business size and type, availability under existing contract vehicles, capabilities, team experience, estimated schedules, compliance with industry standards, customization options, past performance, pricing, installation/maintenance ease, supply chain reliability, technical support/warranty, and sustainability options.

• The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is expected to be 332321 Metal Window and Door Manufacturing.

• The Small Business size standard is 750 employees.

• An Industry Day is tentatively planned for Q3 FY 2026 for invited firms to view the site and current conditions. Firms interested in attending should indicate this in their response.

• Responses will not be accepted to form a contract, and the Government will not pay for submitted information.

• This notice is issued under FAR Clause 52.215-3 for planning purposes only.
