Scope of Work
The MCW Halal/Kosher Ration is designed to feed Military Services personnel who adhere to strict religious diets in cold weather conditions. Each meal must be Halal or Kosher certified, will not freeze, and includes extra drink mixes. Each case contains twelve meals with at least six different entrée varieties (six meat-based, six vegetarian), all components certified to the same religious standard. Each meal provides a minimum of 1,500 calories, and all components must have a minimum shelf life of twenty-four months at 80°F.

Market Research Questions
