Amendment 0002 hereby corrects language contained in Amendment 0001 of the attached Q&A and Meeting Minutes which refer to the threshold of projects. The threshold in the answer of Question 2 of the Q&A and in the question section of the Meeting Minutes is corrected to $2,000 through $150,000.
This amendment also corrects language in the meeting minutes included in Amendment 0001. This period of performance for this project is for one base year and FOUR option years.
Amendment 0002 also clarifies that electronic offers can be an email sent sent to samantha.bohne@gsa.gov .
This amendment also updated the Wage Determination. Wage Determination MD160045 01/08/2016 MD45 (attached) must be used.
Amendment 0002 clarifies that Owner Reference/Evaluation Worksheets can be emailed to either Samantha Bohne at samantha.bohne@gsa.gov or Daniel Langan at daniel.langan@gsa.gov.
This reaffirms language in section II. D.1 (pages 72-73) that a total of 4 reference evaluations is to be submitted.
