- Removing and reinstalling condenser and absorber heads with new gaskets.
- Removing and reinstalling crossover pipes, providing and installing new flange gaskets.
- Mechanically brushing tubes in condenser and absorber barrels.
- Performing burner services on all three machines.
- Confirming proper operations. The government will provide water, restroom access, and minimal electricity. The contractor is responsible for all other equipment, supplies, materials, daily work area cleaning, and trash removal.
