Key items include, but are not limited to, Kosher Tuna, Sardines, Cereals, Oatmeal, Farina, Whole Wheat Bread, Vegetable Juice, Potato Chips, Salad Dressing, Ketchup, Mustard, Jelly, Peanut Butter, Instant Coffee, Fruit Flavored Drink Powder, and Instant Milk. All individual packages must be marked with a kosher certification hechsher. Deliveries must be palletized unless otherwise arranged, adhere to specific schedules, and be F.O.B. Destination at MDC Guaynabo, PR. Vendors may be required to provide product samples prior to award.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to GUA-BusinessOffice-S@bop.gov by June 7, 2026, 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Typed quotes are preferable, and illegible handwriting will not be considered. Facsimile quotes are not permitted. Offerors must complete FAR Provisions at 52.212-3 and ensure their Annual Representations and Certifications are current in SAM.gov. The government reserves the right to award item by item, in groups, or in aggregate, based on the most advantageous offer, with price being rated higher than past performance.
Eligibility / Set-Aside
This acquisition is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside. Offerors must meet the applicable small-business size standard. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations are eligible to submit quotes. All contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) in their quote prior to award.
