Scope of Work
This solicitation is for 150,000 EA of Dairy, Milk, Pasteurized, Nonfat, Skim, or Fat Free, No Flavor (CID A-A-20338A, Group I, Type D, Flavor 5 - No Flavor, Packaging size c or d, Agricultural practice (1)), packaged in 1½ pint containers. Deliveries will be split into twenty-five (25) equal shipments, occurring each Monday & Thursday, starting April 2, 2026, and ending June 29, 2026. All deliveries must be palletized unless otherwise arranged, and non-frozen perishable foods must be delivered between 34°F and 40°F. Certified religious diet items must be marked with the Kosher Symbol. All items must comply with BOP National Menu Specifications, which vendors must obtain prior to quoting. Items will be closely inspected, and receipt may be conditional for a 3-day examination period. Unacceptable items must be picked up by the vendor within two weeks of notification. Shipping is F.O.B. Destination (DOOR to DOOR), with the shipper responsible for all costs until delivery.
