Submission & Evaluation
Offers must be submitted electronically via email to GUA-BusinessOfficeS@bop.gov. Quotes must be signed by an authorized individual, typed for legibility, and no facsimile quotes are permitted. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, in groups, or in aggregate, based on the offer most advantageous to the Government, with price being rated higher than past performance. Eligibility & Notes
