Scope of Work
The requirement is to procure and, for some items, install dental equipment for existing Midmark Ultratrim Dental Chairs. Key items include:
- Midmark Brand Name Only: Delivery systems (ASepsis 21 Continental Radius, ASepsis 21 Assistant's), HP Illumination systems, and ISO-C F.O. Handpiece Tubing, which must integrate with existing Midmark chairs.
- Brand Name or Equal: Sterilization equipment (e.g., SciCan Statim G4 5000 Sterilizer), automatic dental handpiece lubrication systems (compatible with J. Morita and KaVo), endodontic specialty equipment (e.g., J. Morita ZX2 Apex Locator, Tri-Auto ZX2T), and high/low-speed handpieces (e.g., KaVo Expert Torque mini-Lux E675L, Mastermatic Lux M20L).
Installation of specific items (CLINs 0001-0004) onto existing chairs is required. The place of performance is Augusta, Maine.
