Specific requirements include adherence to detailed specifications for product type, grade, freshness (e.g., pizza manufactured no more than 180 days prior to delivery, ground beef 6 months or younger), packaging, and weight. Bidders must indicate portion weight, shape, dimensions, case pack, case count/size, and average roast weight on their quotes. Contract Details

Quotes must be submitted on the "National Menu Specifications Quote Sheet" and include Standard Form 1449, Page 1. Evaluation Factors: Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable and past performance. All communications, including technical questions, must be directed in writing to the Contracting Officer.
