This solicitation is for the acquisition of Subsistence and Meat Items for the United States Penitentiary Lee, Virginia, for the upcoming quarter. A purchase order will be processed by the Contract Specialist, with deliveries expected from April 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026.

• No faxed or mailed offers will be accepted.

• Quotes received after the deadline will not be considered.

• The anticipated award date is March 20, 2026.

• This solicitation is restricted to small businesses.

• All potential offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and have a Unique Entity ID.

• Potential offerors are required to complete annual representations and certifications electronically via the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.

• Failure to complete these registration procedures may result in elimination from award consideration.

• All future information, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed via the SAM.gov website (https://beta.sam.gov/).

• Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be available.
