This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure mechanical monitoring feedback kits for seven units (SC-PP-U1, TN-PP-U1, KE-PP-U1-3, CR-PP-U1-2) for the Northern California Area Office (NCAO). The purpose is to allow continued monitoring during power production and replace obsolete and less functional current kits.

• Brand-Name or Equal Product: The requirement is for Basler's mechanical monitoring feedback kits or an equal product that meets the salient characteristics.

• Quantity: Seven (7) kits are required.

• Kit Components: Each kit must include specific replacement parts for gate position/limit indicators and transmitters, speed adjust indicators and transmitters, redundant 24 Vdc power supplies, diode redundancy modules, and circuit breakers.

• Engineering: Engineering is required to design brackets to fit the existing hydroelectric power generation units.

• Adapting Components: The contractor must fabricate adapting components to ensure compatibility with existing equipment. Existing transmitters will be provided by the customer for reference.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Period of Performance: Items will be shipped, assembled, and tested, ready for installation 34 weeks after award of the purchase order.
