Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure a mechanical tilt frame angle C blade package for installation on a crawler tractor to enhance the ability of Hardwood Range personnel to conduct routine and corrective range maintenance, including moving, shaping, and clearing material, constructing fire breaks, and managing soil and debris.

• Complete angle blade package including angle blade, C-frame assembly, brace groups, hardware, and hydraulic components.

• The blade and C-frame assembly must have a minimum width of 168 inches and function as a 6-way blade for grading, cutting, and earthmoving.

• The C-frame must have six (6) pin-adjustment holes for manual angling (three settings left, three right) and powered tilt cylinders for upward and downward blade tilt.

• Blade construction must be heavy-duty steel suitable for high-impact applications with replaceable cutting edges and wear resistance.

• C-frame assembly must be compatible with OEM tractor trunnions and constructed of high-strength steel.
