Contract Details
This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a duration of three (3) years from the date of award or until the BPA Master Limit is reached. The BPA Master Dollar Limit is $250,000. No single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost, with a maximum of $5,000 for materials per call. The Government plans to award up to three (3) BPAs. Hourly rates for services must include two people and one vehicle; larger crews require proportional adjustment of quoted hours.
Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit complete quotes, including signed amendments (SF30) and a mandatory Solicitation Survey, via email to the Contract Specialist by the deadline. The Solicitation Survey is critical for assessing company information, experience, personnel, certifications (e.g., First Aid/CPR, Competent Person in Fall Protection), and past performance references. Submissions with required certifications will be rated higher. Evaluation will be based on technical capability, price, and past performance, with award made to the best value. Vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Site visits for specific work requirements are only available to BPA holders after award for individual calls.
