The purpose of this amendment is to update RFQ to a Combined Synopsis, provide additional clarification documents, and adjust key dates due to weather-related events at the site location. Solicitation Closing Date: The solicitation remains scheduled to close on 10 April 2025, at 11:00 AM MST. MEDDAC UPS Battery Replacements - Replace 80 Lead Acid UPS Batteries to include Shipping, Removal, Disposal, Installation, and Testing - Contractor shall provide non-personal services replacing UPS-B Batteries to include LOTO (Lockout Tagout) with Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH) Operations and Management Contractor and put the batteries in service after installation. Current UPS-B (Uninterruptible Power Supply) installed is the Schneider Electric brand SKU GVSUPS100KD (GALAXY VS UPS 100KW) SNID2036007573.The Battery type needs to be similar or equal to the DataSafe HX model 12HX400-FR (12V, 381W/cell, 15 min, Flame Retardant) currently installed within the current UPS-B system. The batteries must fit in the currently installed UPS system. The contractor shall provide battery parts warranty from the manufacturer and installation labor warranty.
