• Livestreaming: Professional livestreaming of the program to the Embassy's social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram) with technical setup, monitoring, and backup capabilities.
• Social Media Services: Pre-event strategy development (due June 19, 2026), real-time event coverage, and live posting in collaboration with an Embassy-designated alumni.
• Live Event Display Services: Live posting of event photos to designated audio-visual screens within the venue. All generated images and videos will be U.S. government property and must adhere to U.S. Department of State and Embassy Nassau branding guidelines, requiring approval prior to public posting.
