The document provides a detailed catalog of medical products, including trauma kits, wound care, infusion sets, and surgical instruments, which helps bidders understand the potential scope. Vendors offering alternate items must provide manufacturer data, a cross-reference list, production capacity, and country of origin. All offered products must be manufactured in Buy American Act (BAA) qualified countries and be Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved.
Submission Requirements
Small Business distributors and/or manufacturers must submit a capability statement, not exceeding three pages. This statement should include: Company Name, Business Size, CAGE Code, Address, Point of Contact, Email Address, and Phone Number. If responding as a distributor, the same information is required for the manufacturing source. Responses from Large Businesses (distributors and/or manufacturers) will not be considered.
