Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes via email to the Contract Specialist and cc the Contracting Officer. Quotes must include firm fixed pricing for each item, covering delivery, assembly, installation, and removal/disposal of existing equipment. Offerors must also provide model numbers and product literature for all quoted items. All offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM).
