Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To comply with preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs for medical gas equipment at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), in accordance with NFPA 99 (2012) and Joint Commission (TJC) Standard PE.04.01.01 EP #3.

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on medical air compressors, medical vacuum pumps, and other medical gas system components listed in Appendix A, following Original Manufacturers Recommendations (OEMs) and NFPA 99 (2012). The more conservative standard will be followed in case of conflict.
