  • Preventive Maintenance (PM): Annual and semi-annual services for Medical Air Systems (Beacon Medea's, Powerex, Atlas Copco), Instrument Air Systems (Atlas Copco), and Medical Vacuum Systems (Flowserve pumps). This includes component replacements, calibrations, system checks, and inspections.
  • Annual Medical Gas Pipeline Inspection: Covering medical gas sources, master alarm panels, outlets/inlets, oxygen particulate analysis, medical air dew point analysis, emergency oxygen supply connection boxes, and leak testing of medical gas booms and columns.
  • Corrective Maintenance: Diagnosis and repair of malfunctions using OEM parts.
  • Emergency Services: Available 24/7/365 with an 8-hour response time.

All services must comply with NFPA 99 (Health Care Facilities Code) and NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code).
