• Services encompass UV Disinfection Systems, Filtration Components, and core RO Systems.

• Period of Performance: Base Year (July 31, 2026 - July 30, 2027) with four (4) option years through July 30, 2031.

• Place of Performance: 4881 Sugar Maple Dr, Rooms BR19 & 3D04 Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433.

• Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

• Initial System Assessment: Conducted within 30 days of contract start.

• Monthly Requirements: Visual inspection of RO membranes, flow rate verification, and comprehensive system sanitation per AAMI standards.

• Quarterly Requirements: Inlet filter replacement.

• Annual Requirements: UV bulb replacement and verification of UV intensity.

• Bi-Annual Requirements: Endotoxin and Carbon filter replacement, and two (2) product water trace elemental analyses.

• General Maintenance: System monitoring, routine preventative maintenance, flushing, system disinfection, and use of appropriate infection control procedures.

• Consumables & Parts: Contractor to provide all routine consumables (including salt) and repair parts/replacements, which must be new, standard parts with a 90-day warranty.

• Technical Qualifications: Services must be performed by technically qualified and authorized personnel with experience in preventative maintenance and system hardware knowledge.

• Company Qualifications: Must possess demonstrated corporate experience maintaining medical-grade or healthcare-facility RO systems under AAMI standards.

• Warranty Preservation: All services must comply with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) terms.

• Identification: Contractor personnel must wear identification badges.

• Applicable Standards: All work must comply with Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) standards.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services to provide preventative maintenance for government-owned Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification systems at the 88th Medical Group, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. This announcement serves as the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The government is seeking to establish a long-term preventative maintenance contract following recent system upgrades.

• Perform an initial baseline system assessment within 30 days.

• Conduct monthly comprehensive sanitation of RO systems, including storage tanks and distribution piping, in accordance with AAMI standards.

• Perform scheduled quarterly, bi-annual, and annual filter changes, testing, and component replacements as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
