Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive support services to the Patient Support Services Department (PSSD). Key responsibilities include:

Proposal Submission & Evaluation

- Business Quotations: Must include fully burdened hourly labor rates based on a 1,920-hour work year per full-time employee, utilizing the provided Attachment 3 Pricing Structure.
- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on Best Value to the Government. Technical factors (Resume, Management Approach) are considered equal to or more important than price. Price reasonableness and realism will also be assessed.
