Scope of Work
The MT-C2 System is a control center designed to enable training environment manipulation, medical scenario integration, mannequin control, and audio-video surveillance and recording within MSTCs. It aims to standardize equipment across all fielded sites. The requirement is to field the MT-C2 System at 19 additional MSTCs worldwide, building upon two existing prototypes at Ft. Hood, TX, and Camp Humphreys, Korea. The system must comply with performance specifications and technical data provided in a Technical Data Package (TDP).

- Relevant experience (last 5 years) on similar contracts, including dollar value, complexity, and POCs.
- Experience fielding programs at multiple locations simultaneously.
- Experience integrating and fielding Government off-the-shelf (GOTS) systems.
- Experience developing software code for COTS training equipment (strobe lights, smoke machines, manikins, audio).
- Experience modifying existing JAVA-based GOTS software.
- Understanding of Live Training Transformation (LT2) product line-based systems.
- Organizational details, current SBA business size, and socio-economic classification.
