Quick Summary

The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) is conducting market research via a Sources Sought notice for a Medical Training Command and Control (MT-C2) System. This system will provide remote training platform management for the Army's standardized Medical Simulation Training Centers (MSTCs). The purpose is to identify potential sources and industry technologies for the production and installation of these systems. Responses are due March 16, 2018.

Scope of Work

The MT-C2 System is a control center designed to enable training environment manipulation, medical scenario integration, mannequin control, and audio-video surveillance and recording within MSTCs. It aims to standardize equipment across all fielded sites. The requirement is to field the MT-C2 System at 19 additional MSTCs worldwide, building upon two existing prototypes at Ft. Hood, TX, and Camp Humphreys, Korea. The system must comply with performance specifications and technical data provided in a Technical Data Package (TDP).
