Scope of Work
This project requires the removal of existing Ohio Medical vacuum system components and the installation of:
- Three (3) new Ohio Medical VAC PUMP, RV, 20 HP, S20-N units (Part # 264377).
- One (1) Ohio Medical Triplex Touch Screen Control Panel, 32A (Part # 219540-TS32A).
- Additional OEM components including check valves, trip modules, transducer, and cables. All new equipment must be direct OEM replacements. The scope also includes full operational testing, leak testing, vacuum performance validation, alarm verification, and onsite training for VA maintenance personnel. Complete OEM Operation & Maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, system schematics, exploded views, and maintenance schedules must be provided. All work must comply with VA Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) requirements.
Contract & Timeline

- Period of Performance: 60 days from Notice to Proceed.

Evaluation & Submission
Award will be based on a Best Value selection, considering Technical Capability, Price, and Past Performance. Offerors must submit a Capability Statement (maximum 3 pages) and provide up to three (3) relevant contract references. Pricing should be flat rate per line item. Eligibility / Set-Aside
This acquisition is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offerors must be certified by the SBA as an SDVOSB, and the VA Veterans First Contracting Program takes precedence.
