Scope of Work
The contract requires comprehensive maintenance and service for the Medtronic O-Arm Surgical Imaging System (ECN 129396, Serial Number C1348, O-Arm O2). Key services include:
- Annual service contract with technical support, remote access, and preventative maintenance (PM) every 12 months.
- Full coverage for parts, travel, and labor, including hardware and software upgrades and all software maintenance.
- PM to be completed by March 15th each fiscal year.
- Corrective maintenance with a 4-hour telephonic response, 48-hour on-site response, and a 72-hour operational goal during normal working hours.
- Contractor must be OEM authorized/certified, have current certifications, and ready access to OEM replacement parts.
- Field Service Reports (FSRs) are required within 2 days of service completion.
- All test equipment must be calibrated.
- Contractor personnel require base access and must report to DFA Biomed.
