Scope of Work
This Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract requires the delivery of:
- Nine (9) Mercedes-Benz Zetros Cargo Trucks: Specified as 4x4 chassis, 2026 model year or later, two-door day cab, left-hand drive (LHD), EURO 3 diesel engine, manual transmission, and locking rear axle. Each truck must have a cargo body capable of at least 5 tons payload, with a removable tan soft cover, rear steps, and troop seating for 20. Detailed chassis equipment includes a front self-recovery winch, rear pintle hitch, NATO 12-pin trailer connection, and a minimum 250-liter fuel tank. All instructions, diagrams, and manuals must be in French and English.
- Associated Spare Parts: A comprehensive list of spare parts for the Mercedes-Benz Zetros Cargo Trucks, including filters, belts, hoses, brake components, tires, and various engine/electrical parts, as detailed in Attachment 002.
- OCONUS Training:
- Operator Training Course: 2 days for up to 15 students, covering driving, safety, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintenance Training Course: 3 days for up to 15 students, covering garage-level maintenance, fault diagnosis, and preventative maintenance.
- Training will be conducted in Djibouti, with instructors fluent in French and Somali.
